direct accesscoastal walkfriendly conciergetrip arrangement
i liked how close i was to everything. there was direct access to the waterfront for coastal walks. the v&a waterfront was easily accessible for restaurants and shops. the concierge helped with arranging trips and offered good suggestions.
i found the bar service a little slow during peak hours.

I found that the hotel's location was a major plus. walking to the shops and restaurants was so easy. the breakfast selection was HUGE!!! there was something for everyone. the staff were friendly and helpful. They really went the extra mile. i particularly loved that the hotel is connected to the mall. Made shopping so convenient.
i noticed the pool area could use a little sprucing up.

I found the direct access to the shopping mall very useful. It made everything more convenient. The hotel decor was lovely and added to the overall experience. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The spread was excellent with many choices.
The air conditioning was not working properly. This made the room a bit uncomfortable.

The rooms are comfortable. They contain comfy beds and fluffy pillows. Attention to detail included turning beds down in the evening. Staff left chocolates, water, and slippers by the bed. This was appreciated.

The hotel provided champagne, cake, and bed decoration upon arrival. (It was a lovely surprise). The staff members were helpful and friendly at all times. The location is very convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious options.
The AC was switched off hotel-wide in the middle of the night.
